Chalet Julien is rented on a self catered basis.
The magnificent Chalet Julien offers everything one could ask for in a chalet; huge amounts of space, plenty of sofas, relaxation, privacy on the mountainside, a proper kitchen and five beautiful ensuite bedrooms.
Set minutes from St Jean d’Aulps, a small village outside Morzine, it offers families the chance to truly relax and enjoy their surroundings.
The chalet features audio visual systems in each bedroom giving you the choice to relax listening to your ipod or watching the TV/DVD in your room. The large cinema screen on the mezzanine means that snowy nights in are not a problem. There is a small DVD library and Sky television.

The first day when we meet you and walked into the house after our long journey, our jaws dropped at the sight of your beautiful Chalet and were swept away by your warm reception. We were all overwhelmed but the hospitality and attention to detail that you both, Justin and Gerda gave us.
The cosy rooms, roaring fire, entertainment systems, pampering afternoon, gorgeous Christmas tree and incredible food made our holiday a very special time and the best Christmas any of us have ever had - thank you!!
Justin and Gerda's amazing food, help and support was greatly received and hopefully a friendship was made in the short time we were there - a very special couple who made everything perfect.

The steam room and hot tub complete the heavenly experience and make it easy temptation to simply stay in the chalet and relax all day long.
Sleeping 8 - 11 in five bedrooms makes this chalet ideal for groups and families with young children. From the floor plans you can see that two of the chalet’s bedrooms are on the ground floor, Yellow and Green. The Yellow room is a double/twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the Green room is a double for single use with a private shower room opposite. On the first there are the remaining bedrooms, Red, Blue and Pink. The Red is a double/twin bedroom with oversized ensuite bathroom, it has stairs leading to two further beds (which are unsuitable for children under 5) on the mezzanine level. The Blue room is a double/twin with an ensuite shower room and the Pink room is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Chalet Julien is an ideal spot for a week away from the madding crowds with the family or a group of friends. It's enviable position perched on the side of a hilll means that great views are undeniably good at all times of the day.
There are plenty of activities on offer in the area:-
Walking through the Haute Savoie and taking in the distant views of Mont Blanc and Lake Geneva. Choose a small trek or a day's trip to include a large picnic.
Mountain biking - people of all ages should try this adrenalin rush at one time. It's an unforgettable bumpy ride.

Golf is a popular activity. With two courses on our doorstep and many more in the surrounding area you could fill each day with a near course.
Sailing can be enjoyed on either Lake Geneva or Annecy. Both offer sealike conditions at times but also boast breathtaking views of the mountain ranges behind.
Fishing on the River Dranse, where some of the best river trout can be found. Please contact the office for a tailormade fishing weekend.
Relax being Heidi whilst the rest of your family dash about, pack a picnic and head for the hills to admire the alpine flowers and relax.

Chalet Julien is rented on a self catered basis for 8-11 people.
Cleaning of the chalet is an extra charge of €100, payable at the end of the week in cash.
A damage deposit is taken and used if deemed neccesary.
Changeover day is Sunday, with check in after 2pm and check out at 10am.
